About Toast

Our fascination with what makes a good sandwich led us on a journey to Europe, where we learned about continent's sandwich culture. This inspired us to create TOAST, a line of exquisite open-faced sandwiches that bring a touch of Vienna to the Vancouver culinary scene. In 2020, we joined forces with Chef Bardia Illbeigi, chef & owner of Delara restaurant, to craft a delicate and refined menu using mainly local ingredients. We take pride in crafting everything from scratch, from our Kamut bread made with organic flours to our brined, cured meats and fish, and an assortment of pickles and quality mayo that are all prepared in-house.
